Location, capabilities, and scope reflect our multi-industrial technology, manufacturing and engineering leadership. The role supports tax compliance and accounting activities in alignment with tax laws and corporate policies.
Position SummaryResponsible for reconciliation of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and PIS tax accounts. They follow tax and fiscal legislation and maintain tax and auxiliary books. They calculate values relating to IPI, ICMS, ISS, COFINS, and PIS. They fill out collection forms and respond to inspections. Responsible for implementing new tax requirements as necessary.
Essential ResponsibilitiesThey receive invoices for warehouse entries, verify receipt stamps, and enter them into the computerized system. They receive billing invoices and perform verification and adjustments for calculating taxes. They carry out bookkeeping and calculation of ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, and CSLL. They issue DARF references for taxes on services provided calculated in the NF(s). They are responsible for preparing and delivering the declarations: Gia, Sped Fiscal, Sped Contribuições, DCTF (DCTF Web 01/2019), EFD Reinf (11/2018). They troubleshoot tax matters with the Federal Revenue, São Paulo State Finance Department and Salto City Hall. They update ICMS spreadsheets on asset purchases (CIAP), and maintain monthly issues records of entries/exits, ICMS, IPI included in Sped Fiscal.
Position RequirementsExperience in Tax Bookkeeping and tax calculation. Degree in Accounting Sciences preferred, or a high school diploma with Accounting Technician. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Tax Analyst, EFD REINF (Digital tax bookkeeping of retentions, CPRB and information), Tax Management, PIS and COFINS.
