- Experiência prévia em Customer Success ou Atendimento a Clientes Premium, de preferência em educação executiva, consultoria ou programas de mentoria.
- Excelente comunicação oral e escrita, com habilidade para construir relacionamento de confiança e proximidade.
- Capacidade analítica para interpretar métricas de engajamento, satisfação e retenção, propondo ações corretivas. (hurn, NPS, engajamento, LTV, etc).
- Organização, autonomia e disciplina para gerenciar múltiplos atendimentos simultâneos.
- Perfil colaborativo, com maturidade para lidar com demandas estratégicas e operacionais.
- Formação superior completa (Administração, Direito, Comunicação, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas).

ATRIBUIÇÕES
- Conduzir onboarding, treinamentos e reuniões estratégicas (QBRs) com clientes.
- Antecipar problemas e atuar de forma proativa para evitar churn.
- Identificar oportunidades de expansão (upsell/cross-sell).
- Transformar feedbacks em insights para produto, vendas e operações.
- Apoiar na logística e no relacionamento durante eventos online e presenciaisA
- Atuar lado a lado com as monitoras e a liderança para identificar gargalos, propor soluções e otimizar a jornada das mentoradas.
