And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through ourHybrid Work Model**Job Description**:- The Service Setup Specialist will join the newly created IT Service Management function and assist IT and Business Projects as they follow the agreed Service Setup processes and documentation. As part of their day to day role, the Service Setup Specialist will help to unite internal and external teams across Service Management, PMO, Technology Services Platform teams, Business Platform teams and Product teams to embed a collaborative and effective approach to Service Setup.The Service Setup Specialist will follow all documentation related to agreed Service Design Standards, Policies and Processes and will assist Projects to ensure that communication and training is undertaken across Brambles and its Suppliers and 3rd Parties when deploying Service Designs and Support Models.The Service Setup Specialist will be responsible to help Projects deploy all requirements and activities recommended by Service Design (support model, reporting, data and information management, SLAs, OLAs etc.) at the right point of the Project Lifecycle and ensure that all Service and Support documentation is successfully delivered and signed-off. The Service Setup Specialist will ensure that all Service Design stipulations are understood across all workflows and processes that any new Service will adopt or integrate with. (Incident, Problem, Change, Availability, Configuration, Knowledge etc.).The Service Setup Specialist will assist Projects to ensure the deployment of standardised targets for SLAs, OLAs and Underpinning Contracts across all Services being progressed through the Project Lifecycle, developing relationships within all Technical Towers and the PMO.
