About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple Google Ads accounts and Local Service Ads. Your primary focus will be on building and managing high-performing campaigns that drive quality leads and revenue growth for our clients. To achieve this, you will work closely with our SEO and client success teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong analytical skills, and are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities Build and manage Google Ads campaigns using Google Ads Manager and Ads Editor, adhering to our established templates and SOPs. Perform regular optimization routines, including negative keyword research, search term reviews, budget management, ad asset optimization, and bidding strategy adjustments. Conduct thorough QA checks before launching or editing campaigns to ensure geo settings, match types, naming conventions, conversion actions, and other critical elements are accurate. Maintain detailed documentation and task updates in ClickUp to facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing. Implement and track performance metrics using WhatConverts, following established processes and guidelines. Run regular reports in Looker Studio to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage Local Service Ads, including budget pacing, category setup, and verification checks. Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to align campaign performance with business objectives and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (non-eCommerce) purposes. A proven track record of precision execution and zero critical errors in recent work. Excellent analytical skills for search term review, budget pacing, and campaign adjustments. Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, ClickUp, and Slack. Ability to follow SOPs accurately and identify opportunities for SOP refinement. Excellent written English for writing ads, documentation, and communicating with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong personal standards for flawless execution. Bonus Experience Experience with Local Service Ads management. Unbounce. Experience optimizing paid campaigns for service-based lead generation. Experience with WhatConverts or CallRail.
