We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Software Testing Automation Engineer. This role involves designing and owning the overall test strategy, integrating, implementing and maintaining end-to-end mobile test suites, performing some level of manual testing of new features and regression, and defining and tracking quality metrics. Key Responsibilities Designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases Developing and maintaining end-to-end mobile test suites using Appium and WebdriverIO frameworks Performing manual testing of new features and regression testing to identify and report defects Defining and tracking quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts Requirements 5+ years of experience in software testing automation using Appium and WebdriverIO frameworks Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, including views, navigation, async flows, network calls, permissions, deep links, etc. Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, including auth, error handling, contracts, schema validation Ability to design end-to-end flows that stitch backend + mobile behavior Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI pipelines What We Offer A competitive salary in USD 100% remote work arrangement Supportive environment with 1-1 mentoring and group knowledge sharing sessions International experience working with leading startups in North America
