Overview We’re looking for a driven Graduate Engineer to join our structural engineering team in Balem, Para. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to be mentored by experienced engineers while working on complex, high-profile projects in commercial, institutional, mission critical, educational, aviation, and healthcare sectors. What You’ll Do Assist senior engineers with structural analysis, design, and detailing using hand calculations and computer modeling. Support in selecting project materials, preparing specifications, and coordinating with architects and other disciplines. Contribute to project documentation, calculations, and technical reports. Participate in site observations and construction administration activities. Gain exposure to client meetings and industry networking events. What We’re Looking For BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program. Strong interest in building structures and structural systems. Familiarity with structural design software (RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar) and Autodesk Revit is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
