Bradford Jacobs has partnered with an award-winning Technology Solution Provider dedicated to protecting and empowering organizations across the central U.S. They deliver innovative, business-aligned solutions in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft, Salesforce, and support services.As a Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. You’ll work hands-on with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.This role suits a proactive, self-driven engineer who enjoys direct client engagement and thrives in a dynamic, solution-oriented setting.Key Responsibilities- Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.- Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.- Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.- Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.- Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.Skills & Experience- 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.- Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.- Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.- Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.- Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.- Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.This is a fully remote position, on a B2B contract basis, paying up to USD20 per hour
