Clients include Fortune 500 companies, manufacturing, process and energy industries, and other commercial and government customers.
GP Strategies has an immediate need for a Account Payable Specialist, to perform suppliers payments for Argentina and Brazil.
- It'll be a temporary contract due maternity leaving._
**Location**:Brazil.
**_Skills: _**_good communication, time management, proactivity, sense of responsibility, _organization._
**Responsibilities**:
- _Invoices validation and approvals uploaded to Oracle accordingly with our company procedures._
- _Solving discrepancies that avoid their processing._
- _Doing invoice manual registers when needed._
- _Issuing instructions to the Accounting firms to execute payments._
- _Doing follow up to payments timely._
- _Keep updated records of AP transactions in the system._
- _Solve banking discrepancies along with accounting area._
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of professional experience - minimum.
- Business Administration and related courses.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience in a global company - desirable.
**Education**: A bachelor's degree.
