The position is fully remote and based in Brazil and the USA, with most communication in English. What we’re looking for We’re looking for a responsible, proactive mid‑level professional who can navigate between technology and business contexts with ease, feel comfortable in fast‑paced environments, and communicate well. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain service/server software using Java Apply the Spring framework in building scalable applications Build REST APIs and web services that meet client needs Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Containerise services with Docker and orchestrate deployments Collaborate closely with clients, translating business requirements into technology solutions Stay abreast of new technologies, best practices, and industry trends to keep our solutions cutting edge Qualifications Java expertise and proven experience with the Spring framework Proven experience developing web services and REST APIs Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Docker expertise and experience with container orchestration Advanced or fluent English communication skills Additional experience with Azure and EntraID or a strong understanding of web security is a plus Academic background (MSc or PhD) is a plus Benefits & Compensation Competitive compensation in Reais (R$) Paid parental, marriage, and 2‑week paid leave per year Paid national holidays and public holidays Health Care Plan – online telemedicine service All expenses paid for training, conferences, and online courses Opportunities for career growth, leadership, and cross‑team movement Remote work with flexible hours Company culture that values personal growth and well‑being How to Apply Please submit your resume in English, ensuring it includes your LinkedIn and GitHub profiles.
