Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, products, and services, while maintaining quality and compliance standards. What You Will Be Doing Conduct supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and price negotiations Issue and manage purchase orders through the ERP system Analyze internal requisitions and technical specifications to ensure accurate procurement Track delivery timelines, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues Manage vendor contracts and qualification processes Develop reports and monitor department KPIs Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders Support supplier onboarding and compliance processes Collaborate on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement projects What You Need To Know Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing (for mid-level) Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.) Strong negotiation and communication skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Intermediate English (for supplier communication) You (behavioural Skills) Managing Relationships: Able to manage relationships across multiple levels of an organisation and different disciplines, managing their expectations and delivering on agreed outcomes Analytical Thinking: Able to take large amounts of information and distil this to the key factors, then using these key factors to direct efforts Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tracking and reporting project data and deliverables Planning and Organizing: Efficiently manage own workload, ensuring that assignments are completed within specified timeframes Problem Solving: Able to address problems as they arise and find suitable solutions Result Focus and Initiative: Focused on achieving the end goal but also takes initiative to solve problems Teamwork: Demonstrate awareness of the team's workload and challenges and can offer support when needed Adaptability and Flexibility: Able to work across multiple time zones in a global team environment and commit to occasional travel LIFE AT TICKETMASTER We are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.
