Procuramos um(a)Head de Compliance sêniorpara liderar a construção da nossa estrutura deCompliance, Risco e AML— sem travar o crescimento.O desafio Arquitetar e operar, ponta a ponta,KYC/KYB, AML, antifraude, onboarding e monitoramento transacional . Integrar compliancedentro do produto(no código, não só no papel), garantindo aderência a BACEN/LGPD/PCI e governança de nível enterprise.ResponsabilidadesDesenhar políticas e processos deonboarding, PLD-FT, retenções e chargeback . Implantarrule engine , alertas, listas restritivas e investigações internas. Definir critérios deaceitação/recusa de merchantse decisões críticas (bloqueios/liberações). Construir e liderar otime de compliance/risk ops/jurídico-regulatório . Criardashboards executivos(alertas, cohorts de risco, CBK, FP, retenções). Tocar relacionamento combancos, adquirentes, bandeiras e reguladores . Preparar a casa paralicenciamento/subadquirênciae auditorias.Requisitos (senior de verdade)6+ anos emCompliance/Risco/AMLemfintech, adquirente ou banco digital . Histórico emmontar estruturas do zeroe liderar times. Domínio deBACEN, LGPD, PCI DSS, PLD/FTe práticas internacionais. Experiência comoperações de alto volumee verticais reguladas (e-com, nutra, aposta, info etc.). Capacidade de decidir sob pressão, comrigor técnico + visão de produto . Inglês avançado.DiferenciaisPassagem porPagar.me, Dock, Nuvei, Adyen, Ebanx, PayU, Stark, Stone(ou similares). Vivência comlicenciamento , parcerias bancárias eFIDC .
