Global CRM Systems Manager This role is responsible for overseeing the stability, performance and reliability of our global CRM system. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will be expected to continuously improve reports on support activities, incident trends and system health. This includes identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in a leadership position. Strong interpersonal skills are also required, including teamwork, facilitation, collaboration and negotiation. Main Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Global CRM system ensuring its stability, performance and reliability. Provide recommendations and action plans to stakeholders on sustainability and operations. Oversee day-to-day operations of the production environment and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, KPIs and SLAs. Continuously improve reports on support activities, incident trends and system health. Promote continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements. Ensure problem management and follow best practices implementing preventive measures. Troubleshoot issues coordinate with development teams and implement best practices for incident management and resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience in ITLM. Experience with MS Azure Dev Ops tool preferred but not required. Strong Leadership skills and experience leading teams. Ability to understand both strategic and tactical perspectives of business problems and technical solutions.
