As a Service Engineer , you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment—and our customer relationships—run smoothly. As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. You will be travelling up to 80% of your time to our customer sites. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do As a Service Engineer you will travel to customer sites to: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations; Analyze technical issues and elevate when needed using standard operating processes; Train customer operators and support production efficiency; Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development; Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards; Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery; Maintain a clean, safe work environment; Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team. We believe you have Up to 03 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles; Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering; Mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge; Ability to travel up to 80% of the time; Intermediate level of English (written and verbal); A proactive, customer-first mindset.
