What you’ll do Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, report building, and interactive dashboards that drive business decision‑making. Use SQL and Python to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting. Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Apply best practices in data visualization and user‑centric design to deliver impactful, intuitive, and actionable dashboards and reports. Collaborate with international teams as part of a global project, leveraging advanced English communication skills to ensure alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, actionable insights under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset. What you’ll need BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field. Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report building, and dashboard design). Advanced expertise in SQL for querying and data preparation. Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders. Experience with Python for statistical analysis Strong skills in data storytelling : ability to craft clear narratives that connect data insights to business strategy, ensuring stakeholders easily understand and act on the information. Deep understanding of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user‑centric dashboards. Ability to translate complex datasets into insightful, visually compelling, and actionable reports. Organized and detail‑oriented, capable of delivering under tight timelines while ensuring quality. Excellent communication and presentation skills , able to tailor the message for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
