Hiring Process The stages of our hiring processes aim to assess your experiences and allow you to meet our teams and explore career opportunities. They are structured as follows: Application; Phone interview with Recruiters; Case; Interview with Hiring Manager and/or stakeholders; Offer Staff Product Manager responsibilities at QuintoAndar Lead a senior product squad, prioritizing its bets, and coordinating cross initiatives. Influence business strategy and product organization. Help the business to scale fast and enable a sustainable growth. Lead OKRs planning and quarterly roadmap for the squad. Drive strategy and ensure execution flows as planned. Ensure your squad is well organized, productive, and happy. Iterate rituals and integrate product, operations, design, engineering, data, and QA. Deep dive into execution, gather inputs, and discuss the end-game solution with key stakeholders. Set expectations and help the team translate complex problems into product vision and roadmap. Kick-off new discovery streams, anticipate pilots, and validate hypotheses before quarterly planning. Ensure we are using engineering wisely. Study big trends that affect your product. Bring insights from outside world and connect the dots. Coach APMs. Provide training and invest in people development. Play a key role in the PM hiring process and help us scale an A-player team. Requirements Please only apply if you fulfill these: Product track record: you already proved you are a great Product Manager, delivering high-impact solutions. Leadership skills: you have worked a few years in leadership positions, successfully managing cross-functional teams; Hard skills: you are analytical and use industry benchmarks to solve client needs. We are looking for exceptional problem solvers. Design thinking: demonstrated ability to gather user requirements (even when the user does not know about it) and convert them into a compelling product vision; Fast-paced: you are used to aggressive launch dates and make decisions in a fast-changing environment. We will like you even better if Your CV includes a couple of years in a very analytical job. We like strategy consultants as product managers, if they have some hands-on experience; You are already leading a high-performing product team.
