Objective: To acquire and develop key accounts within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets. Description: In charge of existing clients within the assigned territory. Develop strategic account plans to foster growth, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory through effective market research, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and increase revenue. Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote long-term commercial relationships. Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Influencing and negotiation skills for successful long-term commercial relationships. Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment. Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries. B2B and new business segments knowledge. Project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the B2B sales industry. Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
