Accounting Business Analyst – AI Expertise – Remote – Latin America Join FullStack as an Accounting Business Analyst with AI Expertise. The Opportunity You will integrate directly into a client’s team and collaborate with designers, engineers, and accounting stakeholders on a daily basis. Responsibilities Integrate with client teams and collaborate on accounting projects. Leverage AI technologies (Power BI, Azure AI, ChatGPT, UiPath, etc.) to improve accounting workflows. Lead discovery sessions to identify AI adoption opportunities. Translate insights into actionable implementation roadmaps. Document business requirements, process flows, and use cases for technical and business teams. Bridge communication between technical experts and accounting stakeholders. Contribute to libraries and tackle complex system challenges. Maintain 40 hours per week and meet agreed expectations. Qualifications 5+ years as a Business Analyst in accounting or financial services. Advanced English proficiency. Four‑year college degree. Experience analyzing and optimizing accounting workflows and systems. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (ISQM, CSQM). Hands‑on experience with AI in accounting (automation of audits, data reconciliation, financial reporting). Familiarity with AI tools commonly used in accounting: Power BI AI, Azure AI, ChatGPT, UiPath, etc. Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, identify AI opportunities, and build implementation roadmaps. Experience with CPAs or accounting clients and understanding of their priorities. Skilled in documenting business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Analytical and communication skills, bridging technical and stakeholder teams. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Strong attention to detail and a positive can‑do attitude. Prior experience with large, complex systems. Ability to embody FullStack’s client goals and take ownership of deliverables. What We Offer Competitive pay. 100% remote work.
