Security and Compliance: Ensure the platform's compliance with industry standards, including HIPAA, by implementing robust security measures. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in backend development. Stay up-to-date with new technology trends to continually innovate and enhance the platform. Participate in agile development, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Collaborate with designers to refine the platform's user interface and experience, implementing responsive front-end functionalities using modern JavaScript frameworks. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong knowledge of backend development principles, API design, and security best practices. Experience with PHP/Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks is essential. Strong communication skills are also crucial for effective collaboration and mentoring junior developers.
