We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Specialist to support a global technology company. This role plays a key part in driving financial clarity and enabling strategic decision-making through accurate planning, insightful analysis, and effective communication. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, a problem solver, and someone who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the business and its financial planning processes. Structure and maintain financial systems to enable efficient and accurate planning. Monitor financial KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze financial data and ensure accurate recording within internal systems. Perform detailed analysis of financial results and create clear, actionable views for stakeholders. Present financial results to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Provide recommendations and share insights to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Requirements Experience as financial analyst/specialist or related role. Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP ERP system is a plus. Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills. BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Soft Skills Effective Communication: Ability to articulate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to drive desirable outcomes. Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and determining effective, data-driven solutions. Accountability: Takes ownership of tasks from start to finish and consistently meets deadlines. Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrates curiosity by asking questions and raising concerns to better understand processes. Analytical Thinking: Capable of collecting, managing, and validating financial data using logic and precision.
