Job Description: As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service-oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies. Upper intermediate English. Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies. Analytical, well-organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request. Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation. Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder. Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
