The Partnerships team at Caffeine Army is responsible for building our brand s awareness in the wellness and fitness spaces, ultimately building a community of millions of individuals striving to live their best lives.

We are seeking someone who wants to grow and improve by 1% each day alongside our company, someone who embodies an ownership mindset, responsibility, and great proactivity. As a Partnerships and Community Analyst, you ll help build a vibrant community in the wellness and fitness space and have the opportunity to shape and nurture our community, fostering meaningful partnerships and connections.

You will be responsible for sourcing, executing, and reporting on partnerships, especially with online creators. The main goal is to build a vibrant digital community that will act as true ambassadors of the brand s lifestyle and products .

You have to be comfortable with exploring new cultures, understanding their behaviours, and reaching the right creators for us. Skills such as communication, negotiation, and creativity are necessary. Also, you have to have an engineer s side and be able to establish processes, optimize activities, and reach challenging goals.

Creatively, you will be required to think of new ways to market Caffeine Army through digital creators. Analytically, comfortable utilizing data to draw insights and identify opportunities for optimization.

We are a small team, so expect to really have influence over the business results and be someone really important to a project that has huge potential, but it is only beginning.

• Develop and execute strategies to build a strong and engaged community within the wellness and fitness industry.
• Be responsible for our affiliate program, growing our number of creators, planning monthly actions that are aligned with our brand s calendar, and reaching our monthly revenue goals with the program.
• Build true and close relationships with our affiliates, responding to their demands and keeping them engaged with our brand.
• Understand the American wellness and fitness landscape and identify trends, movements, and the best formats to engage our community
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and resources that resonate with the community and drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyze community feedback, metrics, and trends to continuously improve community engagement strategies.
• Report on individual influencer partnerships and utilize data to draw channel-level insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Paid Ads team to help source influencer content for paid media.
• Plan and organize community events, workshops, and initiatives to foster engagement and build lasting relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms or channels for community building.

• Work Ethic: You possess a strong work ethic and take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Student of pop culture. You are naturally passionate about communications and social media (i.e.: influencers, celebrities in the wellness & fitness space). You have a good handle on current trending influencers and emerging influencers.
• Community Building Foundation: You have a solid foundation in community building principles and techniques. You understand how to create inclusive and engaging environments that foster connections and a sense of belonging.
