Responsibilities Evaluate existing production methods to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks Develop and implement improved production systems, incorporating new technologies and best practices Ensure that antennas meet industry standards and specifications Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and production managers to enhance overall efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields Proven experience in process engineering, including analysis and optimization of production processes Project management experience Proficiency in process engineering software Familiarity with CAD and AutoCAD Knowledge of health and safety Communication and teamwork skills Focus on continuous improvement and implementation of best practices Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
