Network Infrastructure Design Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Network Infrastructure Design Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced English proficiency is required for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Expertise:

  • Cisco LAN and WLAN technologies are essential for our clients' networks.

Preferred Technologies:

  • Palo Alto firewalls are highly recommended for their security features.
  • Fortinet and Cisco security solutions are also preferred due to their robustness.

Experience Required:

  • Complex enterprise network infrastructure design and implementation experience is necessary.
  • Campus networking for large 2- or 3-tier environments is also required.
  • On-premises services infrastructure (DHCP, DNS) expertise is essential.
  • Enterprise campus physical layer - IDF, MDF, structured cabling, SPF, inter-building fiber, rack layouts, and power distribution knowledge is necessary.

Consulting Mindset:

  • Pre-sales and consultancy experience is crucial for identifying client needs.
  • Ability to work in discovery mode to learn current network structure is essential.
  • Assess physical and logical network state and issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Document requirements and options before solution development is necessary.

Project Delivery:

  • Develop high-level and low-level designs and step-by-step plans for network migrations.
  • Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and liaise with procurement teams.
  • Lead technical delivery of network migration projects.
  • Provide post-migration hypercare and document knowledge transfer to operations teams.
