Overview Employer Industry: Insurance Compensation and Benefits Salary up to $186,960 Opportunity for short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition Work remotely while supporting West U.S. clients Chance to develop and implement construction-focused service plans and consultative services Supportive environment that encourages achieving personal and professional goals What to Expect Handle construction work assignments for all lines of business, including large multi-location accounts Evaluate insured exposures and provide underwriters and agents with direction to improve account conditions Complete detailed service plans and provide consultative recommendations in business letters Communicate the status of service plans and their impact on the insured's insurance program coverage Create and deliver presentations to insured accounts, agents, and brokers for improved operations What is Required Eight plus years of relevant construction safety management or construction risk engineering expertise A BA/BS degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred Ability to work at an advanced skill level in providing Risk Improvement services to construction clients Thorough knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards and construction safety and risk management techniques Strong analytical skills to formulate a strategic risk management service plan How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or other relevant certifications Experience analyzing claim and incident trends for opportunities for improvement Ability to assess a construction company's internal safety culture and develop a service plan Comfort with advancing technologies in the construction field Excellent presentation and facilitation skills #Insurance #RiskManagement #ConstructionSafety #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
