Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Talent Development Partner to support the establishment of our Talent Development function. Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs. Design and develop engaging learning content that drives measurable business results for our internal customers. Serve as the operational owner for the Learning Management System (LMS), curating and maintaining a dynamic training catalog. Embody an agile mindset, rapidly producing high-quality content elevated by feedback and data. Drive the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs. Requirements 3-5 years of experience driving L&D initiatives in a high-growth environment. Expertise in leveraging LMS systems, e-learning platforms, and instructional design tools. Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to analyse training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Demonstrated skill in translating business objectives into innovative learning solutions.
