Position

For this role, we are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Analyst (Sales Operation). This person will be responsible for supporting our customers/partners in Keeta’s App. You will be part of a team that plays an essential role in building Keeta in the country, at a time when speed is necessary as our goal is to scale the team with quality to support the growth of our operations in Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and review content provided by partners to ensure optimal accuracy before the store goes live;
  • Responsible for uploading and verifying merchant account information, ensuring efficiency, completeness, and accuracy;
  • Review merchant qualifications according to established rules;
  • Review other applications from BD or merchants;
  • Manage store photo-taking services;
  • Manage merchant-related materials;
  • Execute other tasks requiring auditing and assistance.
Requirements
  • Highly responsible with a steadfast commitment to achieving goals and delivering results;
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business environments;
  • Contributes positively to the team dynamic, supports colleagues, and enhances team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
  • Proficient in computer software;
  • Experience in onboarding operations or sales operation is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
  • Fixed Monthly Salary according to the market + Monthly Incentive (Performance appraisals vary monthly by role, focusing on task-specific metrics like qualification reviews or menu entry, daily attendance, and include a buffer in targets.)
