Lead Machine Learning Engineer We are seeking an experienced machine learning engineer to establish and lead our machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and data science, with a proven track record of shipping multiple machine learning models that resulted in measurable business growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize impactful ML opportunities. Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models at scale, ensuring reliability and performance. Define key performance metrics, establish robust monitoring frameworks, and analyze model performance in production. Communicate complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. About You We welcome candidates with: 8+ years of professional experience in software development or data science. Expertise in Python and common ML libraries/frameworks. A deep understanding of core ML concepts. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data processing tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
