**ADP Labs. **Located in Porto Alegre/Brazil, provides software development and infrastructure for world-wide ADP products, working with large scale initiatives across multiple geographies.
**_Availability to work in a hybrid work model, office located in Porto Alegre._**
**Must have experience to succeed in this role**:
- Mainframe COBOL experience
- Analytical experience
- Proficient in multiple data environments including DB2 and VSAM files
- Proficient in JCL, SQL, CICS command level
- Experience with MVS, TSO, ISPF
- Proficient with AGILE and SCRUM methodology and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter
- Proven ability to work closely with other team's members to achieve project goals
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
- Must be able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
**Nice to have**:
- Proficient in ChangeMan, SPUFI, QMF, CLISTs, REXX, INSYNCH UTILITIES
- Experience with Mainframe CICS REST Web Service
- Experience with Mainframe JSON and XML
- Experience with JAVA and AWS technologies
