Roc Operator

The technical team, also is on charge of watch out for anomalies in the turbines, looking for insights to decide if whether send a Service Team to inspect and do local troubleshooting, or try to reset the turbine remotely.
As Goldwind South America is a growing company, operator also should provide support to the organization and O&M department working on monthly reports and developing training material for internal growth.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Primary responsibilities will be real time monitoring, propelling operations, securing the delivery of the monitoring services, and meeting the service level agreements with customers.
- Follow up on operation goals, KPIs to meet commitments.
- Developing direct reports via coaching and giving feedback for long term achievement
- Cultural motivation, climate setting and communication, team engagement
- Develop Basic Monthly Reports related to Wind Farm Performance.
- Create Training Material (Slides and documents) for personal and team growth.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Brainstorms, and similar initiatives for the benefit and achievement of the unit and the company
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Technician or Bachelor of Engineering
- Experience in industry with Remote Control Centers, that could include Condition Monitoring or Real Time Monitoring of assets: power plants, substations, distribution or transmission lines.
- Proven use and understanding of intermediate IT tools
- Ability to understand technical language and to recognize and differentiate technical issues
- Expertise on Root Cause Failure Analysis, Fault Diagnosis and Condition Evaluation
- Fluency in English
