At CI&T, we seek a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level SRE/Observability Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level SRE/Observability Developer, you will ensure monitoring and reliability of systems at a large multinational food and beverage company. You will work on high-scale operations, using your software development skills to enhance system performance and prevent incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
- Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, New Relic, DataDog, Dynatrace)
- Background in software development, architecture, and system integration
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and/or Golang
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and DevOps culture
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or similar containerization technologies
- Experience with process automation and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
