Administrative Coordinator(Chinese Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, office supplies management, and facilities coordination.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
- Coordinate office budgets, track expenses, and handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other organizational activities.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Portuguese, communicating and processing paperwork daily.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
