Introduction:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, with expertise in R Programming Language, Python, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). This role involves a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner. The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing scripts to automate data analysis, creating visualizations, and building RShiny applications to meet user requirements. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain scripts using R, Python, VBA, and other relevant technologies to perform complex data analysis and automate processes.- Design and implement RShiny applications, ensuring both the user interface and server components meet the highest standards of functionality and design.- Generate data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate with various teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.- Guarantee the accuracy and logical integrity of all data analysis and results produced.- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and methodologies to continuously improve the quality of insights provided.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.- Demonstrated experience in R Shiny application development including both front-end and back-end components.- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and VBA.- Familiarity with database manipulation and API development.

Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Tools:- Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., RStudio, Jupyter Notebook).- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., ggplot2, Tableau, or similar).- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with VBA.

Desired Skills:- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).- Experience in working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
