Logistics Finance Leader

Job Description Summary Lead and enhance reporting processes for LATAM Logistics. This role will play a critical part in driving sustainability standardization and efficiency in financial reporting and forecasting for logistics costs. Roles and Responsibilities Own key components of the LATAM Logistics forecasting process including planning budgeting and variance analysis. Provide visibility and insights into performance drivers across Logistics costs (variable and fixed). Partner with Supply Chain finance teams to drive collaboration and standardization across finance reporting processes ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Support finance transformation initiatives by designing and implementing centralized reporting improvements for LATAM Logistics. Prepare and present financial analyses and insights to senior leadership highlighting trends risks and opportunities. Collaborate with the LATAM Logistics Operations team to analyze historical cost trends variable cost productivity and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business Administration or other numeracy-based disciplines. Minimum 4 years of financial work experience or FMP graduate with 2 years of experience. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling forecasting and reporting. Demonstrated experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle Hyperion) and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience working in a matrixed global environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive change in complex organizations. Desired Characteristics Experience in logistics finance or operations. Familiarity with cost accounting and performance metrics in a supply chain context. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
