**Fully Remote (Brazil)****Job description**:We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team located in the US.As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, developing wireframes, and creating prototypes for our products.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create designs that meet business objectives.- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design techniques to inform design decisions.- Ensure that all designs align with industry standards and best practices for UX/UI design.- Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and design best practices to continually improve our design processes.**Requirements**:- English proficiency and able to work on an EST time zone.- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Indesign and other relate programs.- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design and graphic design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred.All compensation to Employees is made in USD.
