Realizar atividades operacionais destinad a s à s área s de embalagem primária e secundária de produtos farmacêuticos de saúde humana (comprimidos, cápsulas, frasco ampola, ampolas, entre outros) de acordo com as Boas Práticas de Fabricação.

Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Receber e conferir os materiais a serem utilizadas para atendimento às ordens de produção.

  • Auxiliar nas operações manuais , tais como limpezas de peças, desmontagem e limpeza de equipamentos de média complexidade de acordo com os respectivos procedimentos operacionais.

    • Realizar a desmontagem e limpeza de equipamentos de baixa complexidade.

      • Auxiliar nas atividades de preparação e set up / montagem de equipamentos de média complexidade.

        • Realizar as atividades de preparação e set up / montagem de equipamentos de baixa complexidade.

          • Revisar e corrigir as documentações de processo , quando aplicável, de acordo com as Boas Práticas de Documentação.

            • Zelar pela limpeza, higiene e conservação de seu local de trabalho.

              • Cumprir as normas de segurança, utilizando sempre os equipamentos de proteção individual de acordo com a respectiva área/ processo/ procedimento.

                • Conhecer e atuar de acordo com a visão, missão e valores da empresa.

                  • Aplicar os conceitos de RFT ("Fazer Certo da Primeira Vez") e Trabalho em Times, com foco nos clientes internos e melhoria contínua dos processos da área de embalagem .

                    • Cumprir as práticas e normas de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente da Manufatura Pfizer Brasil. Desta forma, evitando acidentes, preservando a saúde e o meio ambiente.

                      • Estar treinado nos respectivos procedimentos operacionais do J FC e outros que são pertinentes a Área de Atuação.

                        • Consultar quando necessário itens que utilizam o sistema SAP (Ordens de Processo, Status de materiais de embalagem e de materiais não produtivos).

Pré-requisitos e outras informações

• Reportar-se ao Supervisor de Produção da área de embalagem

• Ensino Médio Completo

• Desejável experiência de um ano na função, preferencialmente em indústria farmacêutica

• Noções Básicas de Informática
