Manufacturing Engineering Analyst Job Description

At Purem by Eberspacher, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving industrial engineering efforts and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive industrial engineering efforts from project initiation to completion, focusing on optimizing space and positioning on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Production teams to develop customer logistics concepts for new projects and series production.
  • Coordinate Simultaneous Engineering layout meetings for new projects and series production.
  • Verify that layouts meet escape route requirements, occupational safety regulations, and ergonomic needs.
  • Support the Purchasing area in developing process packaging and customer packaging.
  • Assist Product Engineering in receiving, allocating, and installing machines and equipment.
  • Define and design optimal material flow.
  • Determine the final space required on the shop floor and any expansion or construction needs.
  • Support dynamic material flow analysis based on VSM and line complexity.
  • Develop and present different layout concepts for the production line.
  • Support Continuous Improvement teams in activities related to plant layout.
  • Support the engineering team in routine management in SAP.
  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining the plant's capacity control.
  • Implement and maintain electronic OEE and productivity monitoring systems.
  • Support the engineering team in executing and implementing production documents.
