Hi There, This is Tamara Corradi , Talent Attraction from CI&T

I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people in Brazil for a Fullstack Developer .

You will be part of an important CI&T team that works in the aeronautical industry, implementing improvements in the core of aeronautical message handling systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  2. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based web applications and React components.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
  4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share constructive feedback with team members.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug software applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the developed software's reliability, performance, and scalability.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java and React development, and recommend appropriate tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end designs with back-end functionality.
  9. Document software design, development processes, and application architecture for future reference.
  10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Core Java
  2. Spring framework
  3. JSP / JSF
  4. React/TS
  5. Ability to communicate very well in English (listening and speaking)
  6. Proven experience as a Java and React Developer, working on mid-sized to large-scale projects.
  7. Solid understanding of React framework, including component-based architecture, state management, and data flow.
  8. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
  9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  10. Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
