This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Mobile App Developer (Flutter) in Latin America. We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter to join a fully remote, Latin America-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting and maintaining mobile applications, integrating APIs, and delivering high-quality app experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development, while contributing to the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about learning and improving their mobile development skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects with international clients in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. Accountabilities Convert existing native iOS and Android applications to Flutter to simplify maintenance and updates Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing mobile applications Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and implement new features Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices for source control, CI/CD, and unit testing Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new app functionalities on schedule Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development Strong hands‑on experience with Flutter Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) development is a plus Proficient in spoken and written English (Intermediate level or higher) Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and skill improvement Benefits Competitive monthly salary ranging from USD $2,000 - $2,500 depending on experience and skillset Fully remote work with flexibility to operate from any Latin American location Opportunity to work with international clients on diverse projects Independent contractor position through a payroll platform Professional growth and skill development in mobile app technologies and Flutter Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries Non‑profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
