They are Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership & Leadership.**Position Title**: Foreign Trade Analyst**Location**: Sao Paulo, SP - hybrid model 3-2**Reports to**: Foreign Trade Associate ManagerAs the **Foreign Trade Analyst**, you will join the tram and act as an international trade operations specialist. You’ll manage day-to-day import/export activities, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and optimizing processes across all businesses.**Key Responsibilities**:- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, handle special customs regimes, and guarantee timely and accurate documentation.- Document Control: Review and validate import/export documents, maintain accurate databases, and ensure compliance with Customs requirements.- International Logistics: Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and update import/export controls.- Process Improvement: Update procedures, identify inefficiencies, and enhance operational excellence.- Vendor Coordination: Work with forwarders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth export processes and performance improvements.- Performance Monitoring: Analyze trade operation KPIs and manage financial reporting.**Qualifications**:- University Level: bachelor’s degree in international Trade or similar areas- Proven experience in the field of international trade operations (Logistics & Customs)- Intermediate to Advanced written and oral communication skills in English- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Knowledge of Law Customs Regulations in Brazil, Certifications and Licensing processes to be carried out with authorities- Proficiency in trade documentation & logistics coordination- Intermediate Excel and MS Office systems knowledge, desirable Datasul or other ERP systems- Excellent interpersonal relationships- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities- Flexible team player with ability to multi-task- Detail-oriented approach with a focus in accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in trade operations- Client-oriented focusNewell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
