About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and organized E-commerce Project Coordinator to drive project execution across key business initiatives. As a vital member of our team, you will own timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and keep projects moving across teams.

This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments using tools like Asana or Trello
  • Lead weekly check-ins and ensure stakeholders are aligned on priorities and blockers
  • Track progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
  • Work closely with teams across marketing, e-commerce, operations, creative, and CX
  • Manage launch calendars and product release schedules
  • Help streamline internal processes and documentation to improve efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and external vendors
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce, DTC, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects across departments
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and proactive
  • Familiar with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar)
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
