Strategic Digital Marketing Lead This pivotal role will spearhead the implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions, drive digital marketing excellence and guide a team of junior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and optimize sophisticated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Design, develop and manage complex multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing custom resources, real-time events, advanced workflows, content blocks, fragments and typology rules. Ensure customer data integrity, quality and accuracy for precise targeting and segmentation. Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline campaign execution and maximize efficiency. Leverage dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Mentor and guide a junior engineering team fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems using REST API services ensuring seamless data integration and process automation. Utilize HTML, CSS and JavaScript expertise in campaign development and troubleshooting. Required Experience & Skills: 5+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Adobe Campaign Classic V7/V8. Deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic use cases, best practices and campaign management intricacies. Proven ability to design and execute complex marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST API integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring junior team members.
