The Treasury Analyst will support the Treasury operations and Cash Management for the subsidiary. This position will collaborate closely with other areas such as Accounting, Tax, Legal and business units across the company as well as with banking partners.**Responsabilidades e atribuições**- The main task is to be responsible of accounts payable of the company.- Contribute to the global cash management strategy and support in all aspects of treasury operations activities.- Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance and treasury system.- Manage the local bank accounts (including the on-line banking system), in compliance with the PAG Treasury directives and guidelines, and local banking regulations.- Support in the implementation of projects with PAG Treasury and Porsche International Finance- Control of the cash management and movement of funds within the PBR bank accounts and to PAG- Support and monitor the dealers credit limit process.- Responsible for the processes and prepare financial reports on all accounts payable and receivable.- Control the authorization process of payable accounts and the cost control against budget, providing variance analysis.- Manage the broker process (international payments)- Ensure efficient, timely and accurate payments.- Work closely with the controlling and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.**Requisitos e qualificações** Education**:College degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, Accounting or comparable formal qualification.**Experience (Job and Industry)**:- 1-3 years work experience in finance.- Strong analytical competency.- Self-starter with good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.- SAP systeM/FI.- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.**Skills**:- Languages: fluency (oral/written) in English is required.- High level of written, oral communication/presentation with direct colleagues and management teams.- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.- Highly organized - strong attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Strong financial modeling experience.STRATEGIC THINK / SMART IMPLEMENTATIONEm 1997, a Stuttgart Veículos foi nomeada representante oficial de importações da Porsche no Brasil e ao longo dos anos desenvolveu o país para uma posição de destaque entre os maiores importadores da marca na América Latina.Em Agosto de 2015 a Porsche Brasil assumiu as operações no país tornando-se oficialmente a 18° subsidiária da marca no mundo e a primeira da América Latina, o escritório está sediado na cidade de São Paulo.Atualmente quem está à frente da empresa que conta com mais de 50 funcionários é Peter Vogel, Diretor Presidente da Porsche Brasil.A rede de concessionárias no país é formada por quatorze Porsche Centers (showroom e pós vendas) e um Centro Técnico que estão localizados nas principais cidades: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Goiânia, Campinas, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Salvador, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, Recife e Ribeirão Preto.
