About Obinex Obinex is the first fully gamified centralized exchange (CEX), where finance meets game mechanics and NFT-powered experiences. We’re building the platform that will redefine how millions of users interact with trading, staking, and digital economies. Our MVP is in development, and we’re assembling a global founding team. Now we’re looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to architect, scale, and secure the high-performance systems powering Obinex. The role We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of experience with deep hands‑on experience building FinTech or Web3 products from 0→1. You’ll own the product structure of Obinex, from roadmap definition to detailed documentation, and ensure that every deliverable meets the quality required by both engineers and regulators. You’ll: Design and own the Product Roadmap, aligning it with business milestones, engineering capacity, and regulatory timelines. Define and document User Stories, User Flows, and User Personas. Create low-fidelity wireframes to communicate product intent and validate concepts. Build and maintain the MVP backlog, prioritizing based on impact and dependencies. Define acceptance criteria and “Definition of Done” for all product features. Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment across product development. Provide clear, regulator-ready documentation to support license applications and audits. What you will bring? 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Proven record of shipping fintech or Web3 products from conception to launch. Strong experience designing product roadmaps, user flows, and MVP backlogs. Ability to write technical documentation for engineering and regulatory review (Confluence/Jira). Familiarity with exchange, trading, or staking platforms. Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to align technical and business teams. Attention to detail, process discipline, and high standards of execution. Nice to have Experience in compliance-driven environments (KYC/AML, custody, or regulated fintech). Previous exposure to product audits, regulators, or licensing processes. Experience with Figma, Miro, and roadmap tools (Productboard, Aha, Jira Advanced Roadmaps). Knowledge of blockchain or crypto market mechanics. What will you get?
