Data Analyst

As a Data Analytics Consultant II, you'll work with some of the largest sites on the web across major industries (retail, auto, finance, travel, etc.) and help answer questions about site performance and user engagement, driving improved customer experience and business outcomes for clients.

Dynatrace's tools generate mountains of data; you'll turn that data into invaluable insight and help clients understand the right performance data in the right context. You'll translate data into business actions that improve site performance and user experience.

You will help clients set a strategy to optimize current performance and build performance into their culture, delivering targeted and actionable value for 40+ clients. Responsibilities include:

• Becoming adept with our Digital Experience components to identify the important data to move the performance needle for customers
• Prioritization and organization of top consuming customers to meet critical monitoring needs
• Identify opportunities to help newer customers mature with Digital Experience and expand Dynatrace usage
• Create concise analyses for clients by extracting answers from the Digital Experience data through reporting, dashboarding, or technology expertise
• Foster a consultative mindset to identify needs across varied industry verticals
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and share ideas

• Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience with data analysis, including distilling complex data and presenting findings effectively
• Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in data-driven analysis with strong data understanding and interpretation
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, JS, CSS, networking, Content Delivery Networks, Cloud; basic understanding of Chrome DevTools and WebPageTest
  • Proficient with analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Advanced Excel, Tableau, SPSS, R, etc.
  • Stellar conceptualization and communication skills; ability to align business and technical stakeholders around clear product concepts
  • Customer-first focus; able to work under pressure with multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills; empathetic to stakeholder concerns and effective at influencing
  • Proactive problem-solving and a desire to learn new technology
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Expectation: all Insights team members are expected to travel at least once per year for annual team meetings.
