Company Description We are a U.S.-based legal company with an office located on Avenida Paulista, São Paulo (near MASP). We serve U.S.-based clients and are seeking a Licensed Attorney fluent in English (Spanish a plus) to join our team in-person and work directly with clients from the United States. Client Base : U.S.-based clients Work Schedule : Monday to Friday only (weekends off) Remote Days : 4 remote workdays per month (hybrid model) Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and services directly to U.S.-based clients Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as notices, subpoenas, and other correspondence Maintain and organize electronic case files and assist with case management Schedule appointments and manage client communications with insurance adjusters, medical providers, outside counsel, and court personnel Obtain client signatures on legal and medical authorization documents Assist in trial preparation including trial binders and exhibits Support attorneys with case preparation and administrative legal tasks as required Requirements Fluent English (minimum 9/10 proficiency) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented Conversational Spanish is a plus (not required) Experience in personal injury law or familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documents is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Office, and legal case management software Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Resume and application must be in English (applications in Portuguese will be disregarded) Monthly Salary (22 labor units per month) Junior (0–2 years experience) : starting at $1,000 USD/month Mid-Level (2–4 years experience) : starting at $1,200 USD/month Senior (4+ years experience) : starting at $1,500 USD/month US Law firm Experience PAYS EXTRA Performance Bonuses : Based on individual and firm performance Hybrid flexibility U.S. Holidays Paid 10 Paid Vacation Days per year IMPORTANT: This position is offered by an American company; therefore, you will be contracted as an MEI (not CLT).
