Position Overview

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian/CSR to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, work well with team members, and follow explicit instructions. Responsibilities
  • Perform floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
  • Surface cleaning (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, polishing, blinds/draperies)
  • Waste removal and recycling
  • Light maintenance (changing bulbs, restocking supplies)
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies
  • Transport equipment and clean common areas
  • Assist with restroom and break room restocking, cleaning, and organization
Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation
  • Up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent education
  • Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math and understand measurements
  • Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
Compensation & Shift

$15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Sunday-Wednesday 5:00am-3:30pm or 11:00am-10:30pm
