We are seeking a skilled Cloud Financial Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in cloud implementations and support, particularly in taxation. As a Cloud Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Oracle Cloud Tax for Brazil localization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Brazil-related localization in Oracle Cloud and experience working independently with customers.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with Global Support teams located in India to resolve issues efficiently. You will also contribute to period close activities and ensure smooth issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Tax for Brazil localization
  • Provide technical support and issue resolution for cloud financial modules
  • Collaborate with users to understand and address issues
  • Work with Oracle on Service requests and Global Support teams
Requirements:
  • Broad experience in cloud implementations and support
  • Senior resources with hands-on capabilities for configuring Oracle Cloud TAX for Brazil localization
  • Strong understanding of Brazil-related localization in Oracle Cloud
  • Good-to-have: ability to work independently with customers, agile way of working
