Senior Data Entry Operator at BairesDev As a Senior Data Entry Operator, lead in executing high-volume data entry projects with a focus on accuracy and speed. Your role includes overseeing data entry processes, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality and integrity. What you will do Manage complex data entry projects, coordinating with multiple teams and departments. Establish and enforce data entry policies and standards to ensure data quality and consistency. Provide expertise in data management and suggest improvements to optimize data entry processes. Lead and mentor a team of data entry clerks, setting performance goals and monitoring progress. Analyze data entry workflows and implement strategies to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data entry tools and software. What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in data entry. Strong understanding of complex data structures and database systems. Extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation. Strong expertise in data management and quality control procedures. Demonstrated ability to lead data entry projects and teams. Knowledge of advanced data processing and reporting techniques.
