As a Offshore Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading key projects for the Offshore team in Brazil. Guarantee adherence to contractual clauses. Customer interface assuring delivering upon targets/deadlines. Planning, execution and conclusion of projects / contract activities.
**As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Demonstrating accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
- Planning and coordinating activities typically in the context of a larger project to fulfil a customer order according to financial or commercial parameters and ensure customer satisfaction
- Being responsible for the execution of the project in terms of the main contractual obligations including timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contract scope as well as expected profitability of the project itself
- Being responsible for the Contribution Margin of jobs and will play a proactive role in problems identification and resolution during the project by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving other departments in solving issues which affect project execution
- Translating customer requirements into detailed project plans, driving internal execution to meet the targets
- Managing a cross-functional team including management of a team of Project Managers
- Developing enduring and faithful customer relationships while improving project profitability. Develop Enhanced Project Management programs and processes that reduce Total Cycle Time and Span.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Show experience in a leadership role managing teams who are equipped to react to changing priorities
- Have significant experience with project delivery and building lasting customer relationships
- Demonstrate experience analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating mitigation action
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Show strong experience in project management and experience in a management role
- Prior experience in the O&G/ Subsea industry
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Clear thinker, analytical skills, good communication, ease of using systems (Deal, Machine, Excel, etc).
