Job Description The role of a Quality Assurance Coordinator involves working with our international legal translations team. This is an administrative position focused on document review and proofreading. We collaborate with the Project Management team to clarify project parameters. We perform quality checks on translations. We communicate effectively with vendors worldwide to reconcile errors in translated text. We implement process improvements using available technology solutions. A successful Quality Assurance Coordinator must have: Experience reviewing and proofreading translated documents, particularly legal documents. Experience with computer-assisted translation tools is highly preferred. High proficiency in relevant computer skills (Microsoft Office). Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar tools. A highly focused, detail-oriented mindset. Ability to set and meet deadlines. Ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills. Proven problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in both independent and collaborative settings. Ability to excel in fast-paced work environments.
